1. How long can we have the samples?
For regular items, and small quantity samples, we will dispatch them within 2 working days.
2. What's the order procedure?
First we discuss samples,order details, production details by email. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-50days to finish the production. It depends on the items.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
