Jump stitch

(1) The needle is thin. Generally, knitted fabrics are elastic, thin in warp and weft, high in weaving density and prone to needle holes.

(2) Poor stitching. Most businesses use cheap sutures that are not strong enough and have uneven twist.

(3) Fabric. It is easy to skip stitches when sewing high and low fabrics.

Solution

(1) Replace the organ UYXll8GBS No. 65 pin.

(2) Do some wax on the sutures, or add silicone oil to the needle and thread grooves to keep the sutures smooth and the stitches should not be too tight.

(3) Cooperate. Generally, the coordination between the standard needle and the looper is the same as that of the Pegasus FW series interlock sewing machine.

First determine the height of the needle bar. According to the thickness of the fabric, when determining the height of the needle bar, you can observe the distance between the looper and the rightmost needle when the needle is at the bottom dead center. Generally, it is between 4.5 and 5.9 cm. The point can be appropriately enlarged, because the looper tip is easy to wear during normal work, so the stroke of the looper tip should be enlarged relatively. When the looper is reversed, the insertion back between the needle and the looper should be at 1/3 of the looper, the needle is in the triangle of the looper, and the needle hole and the looper hole should be coincident.
