Elimination method of embroidery machine skipped stitches

The method of repairing skipped stitches is the same as that of flat stitching machines. Dig a hole in the paper liner on the stretcher to open the needle plate. When the spindle dial is 80°, 140°, and 200°, loosen the two front hooks. With a screw, lower the needle bar to check whether the synchronization time of the rotary hook and the gap between the needle and the tip of the hook are normal. Adjustment method: Rotate the main shaft, when the needle eye is exposed 1/31/2 (at a 45° angle with the table), whether the main shaft is between 201°±3°, and the tip of the rotary hook is covered by the needle. The tip of the shuttle is between 0.5 and 0.7 mm above the needle hole.

Check whether the gap A between the needle and the tip of the shuttle is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, and tighten the screw slightly. Change the color to the last needle to check whether the gap A between the needle and the tip of the shuttle is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, and tighten the screw after the position is the same.

(1) Before adjusting the synchronization time of the rotary hook, make sure that the needle, the bottom dead center of vinyl, the top/bottom dead center of the needle bar, the front and rear clearance of the rotary hook shaft and the clearance of A are correct.

(2) The adjustment of the synchronization time of the rotary hook and the gap between the needle and the tip of the hook are performed synchronously.

(3) The gap between the needle and the hook changes the thickness of the fabric and the thickness of the embroidery thread. For example, when embroidering thin fabrics and thin threads, the gap A is generally 0.1 mm, and for three-dimensional embroidery and thick fabrics, A is 0.2 to 0.3 mm.

 (4) When the size of the needle size is quite different, for example: when changing from 9# needle to 14# needle, the gap between the needle and the tip of the screw will change. At this time, appropriate adjustments should be made.
