The needle breakage of the electric sewing machine may be caused by improper operation in many cases. You can adjust it according to the following methods:
1. Accidental broken needle
1) The needle becomes bent, the needle tip is hairy or the fixing needle screw is not tightened-repair method: replace or tighten
2) When sewing garment pieces with uneven thickness, the sewing speed is too fast, and the needle shifts, causing the needle to break-repair method: slow down the speed appropriately.
3) The operator's actions are not coordinated, and the pushing and pulling of the sewing material is too complicated when sewing, causing the needle to shift and collide with the needle plate-maintenance method: use it correctly, and the action must be coordinated.
2. Continuous broken needle
1) The presser foot fixing screw is not tightened-repair method: check the presser foot screw and the position of the presser foot, and tighten the screw.
2) The needle plate is narrow, and the error of the coaxiality between the needle hole and the needle is too large-repair method: re-select the needle plate or adjust the needle plate screw until the error of the coaxiality between the needle and the needle plate hole is within 0.2mm.
3) The needle and the feed dog match poorly and are out of sync-repair method: adjust the movement of the needle and the feed dog to match.
4) The needle stroke is not correct, and the movement of other mechanisms is not properly coordinated-Maintenance method: Check whether the needle stroke crank screw is fastened in the groove.
