More and more people are buying sewing machines for personal use and mass production. New users of sewing machines find that threading the machine is a difficult process. The new sewing machine comes with a detailed manual on how to thread the machine. The more you master the threading process, the more you get used and simple every time.
1. According to the brand of the machine, put the cotton thread on the upper part of the machine, called the spool. The spool should lie flat or look like an upright rhythm.
2. Then pull the thread through the thread guide on the top of the sewing machine.
3. The tension disc is slightly lower than the wire guide. Pass the thread through the thread guide and wrap it around the tension disc.
4. Once a loop is formed around the tension disc, only then will t be pulled up again through the second thread guide. This step uses threads to create the "U" shape. A tightening rod with eyelets is formed.
5. Pull the thread down from the second thread guide to the position of the needle. The thread should follow the hook that holds the thread in place.
6. When threading, the thread should pass through from front to back.
7. Due to the difference in sewing of industrial sewing machines, the bobbin to be loaded into the winding will depend on the manual instructions and the type of bobbin. The sewing machine has a large wheel on the right side, called a flywheel. The wheel should be turned toward the user so that the needle will hook the bottom and top threads. Pull the thread of the bobbin to the machine plate on the top. The machine board allows the needle to move in or out.
8. With the help of pins or tweezers, pull the looped bobbin thread and pull it to the top. Pull the thread you put on the back in a gentle way.
9. Use waste cloth to check the tension and stitches. The thread should be kept at the rear to prevent the bottom thread from tangling with the top thread. The feet should be lowered to secure the fabric and connect to the feeder mechanism. Following the above steps will ensure that your sewing machine is perfectly threaded.
