Start the motor, press the start handle, press the presser foot down to press the material, cut the buttonhole, feed the material quickly, feed the material into the sewing position, start the sewing feeding, end the sewing, the slide quickly moves back to the starting position, lift the presser foot, wait for the machine to idle, and then sew the buttonhole.
Eyelet buttonhole machines generally use a swinging needle bar, double curved needles, double fork needle hook thread, and double thread overlock composite chain stitch. The elastic presser foot structure of eyelet buttonhole machines automatically adapts to the clamping of different fabric thicknesses. The operator can sew buttonholes of various shapes and sizes by simply swapping two cams. The upper cam determines the shape of the eyelet, and the lower cam determines the tail type and buttonhole length. The automatic upper thread cutting device facilitates operation and leaves the appropriate upper thread length required for the start of sewing to ensure the sewing of the buttonhole. The machine can quickly switch between cutting first and sewing later, and sewing first and cutting later.
