1. To adjust the position, first of all, the tip of the shuttle should be close to the needle, but it cannot touch the needle, and then it should be aligned with the middle of the groove. 
2. Adjust the screw, sometimes because there are two screws on the shuttle needle, but they have been loose, so you need to tighten the screws a little bit. When tightening, you can rotate in a clockwise direction.
