(1) Confirm whether the oil volume adjustment method is correct. Generally, the principle of the oil supply of the rotary hook is to adjust the size of the bypass (oil return) opening to control the amount of oil supplied to the rotary hook, that is, the larger the bypass (oil return) opening, the greater the oil flowing back to the oil tank, and the more the rotary hook The smaller the amount of oil. If the hook oil volume adjustment screw has (+), (-) marks, turn the oil volume adjustment screw (loosen the screw) in the (-) direction to reduce the oil volume; turn the oil volume adjustment screw (in the +) direction Tighten the screws), the oil volume will increase. The oil volume adjustment screw is used to control the oil output (oil return) to adjust the oil supply of the rotary hook. If the oil (oil return) is not smooth, the oil volume of the rotary hook will be saturated and the rotary hook oil volume will be saturated. Remove the adjusting screw and open the oil outlet to reduce the amount of oil supplied to the hook.
(2) Check whether the oil volume adjustment screw is loose, whether it is worn or defective.
(3) Test the sensitivity of the oil volume adjustment screw of the rotary hook to the adjustment of the oil volume. Adjust the oil volume adjustment screw to the maximum, medium and minimum levels to test the oil supply of the rotary hook. If the oil supply of the rotary hook corresponding to the three levels is the maximum, moderate and no oil supply, it means that the rotary hook oil volume is adjusted. The screws are qualified. But according to the situation obtained by our technicians from the front line, when the oil volume adjustment screw is adjusted to the minimum, the rotary hook still throws out oil, indicating that the oil volume adjustment spool and the valve body are not well matched, so you may wish to connect the oil volume adjustment screw spool to the valve body. Grind the valve hole mating surface with green oil paste to improve the accuracy of mating.
(4) Check the oil supply circuit of the rotary hook. If the oil return is not smooth due to clogging by cloth scraps, the oil volume of the rotary hook cannot be adjusted. It is better to pass the oil supply pipe with a wire. Remember that the method of plugging the oil supply pipe with a cotton ball is not advisable, as it cannot fundamentally solve the problem of reducing the oil volume.
