Carefully check and adjust the first thread clamp reasonably to ensure the looseness of the thread;
Adjust the height of the needle bar according to the standard, and adjust the time and gap between the needle, the needle guard and the hook reasonably;
Remove the bedknife Sharpen or replace the knife with a new one, and clean the dirt on the bottom shear to avoid unnecessary wire breakage.
