Project Introduction This project independently developed key technologies such as dynamic positioning, rapid rotation, wide voltage protection, dynamic optimization of the machine head stroke and independent control of the needle push triangle, which solves the problems of low knitting efficiency of complex patterns, unstable high-speed knitting and high-speed knitting problems on domestic computerized flat knitting machines. Technical problems such as low precise control capabilities have improved the flat knitting machine's ability to weave complex patterns, and the main performance of the product has reached the international advanced level.
Technological innovation: This project achieves higher single-machine knitting efficiency, with the maximum speed increased from 1.2 meters/second to 1.4 meters/second; innovative fast rotation algorithm, shortening the machine head reversing time from 250 milliseconds to 180 milliseconds; adding dynamic mesh changes function, the change range can reach 25°/inch; realizes the zero-waiting function of the shaker, solving the problem of low efficiency when knitting patterns with a shaker; is compatible with power grid fluctuations, and has a range of up to 220±40%Vac, which is 220 times greater than similar products at home and abroad ±10%Vac; using integrated and modular design concepts, the system is stable and reliable, and after-sales service is simple and convenient.
Promotion results and development prospects The products of this project have been promoted and used by end customers through Jiangsu Jinlong Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Hongqi Co., Ltd., Tongxiang Superstar Knitting Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., etc. As of December 2016, the sales revenue was 346.3912 million yuan and the tax paid was 39.5493 million yuan. The project has passed the international novelty search and the National Textile Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level as certified by the China Textile and Apparel Industry Federation.
